"I had a lasio treatment to remove frizz from my hair with stylist Ella. It did not work at all. When I contact her & send pictures she said there’s was nothing she could do, that the treatment was not for me even though I had a consultation with her prior to it & she said it would work very well on me. I than contacted the owner Angela she asked me to come in to see my hair even though based on conversation I already knew she had made up her mind. When I went in to see her I was right she was rude & kept insisting my hair was smooth which is not why I had the treatment for but obviously she had already decided before I wasted my time. She told me to get out of her store because I said I would write a bad review & file a complain against the business & she just kept acting like a bully. This is nit the way to treat your customers . I definitely don’t recommend this place,"

"Had a terrible experience here. I booked an appointment two months in advance for a wedding. The stylist, Michael, didn't start on my hair until an hour and a half after I came in. He was extremely rough, and insisted I just have a "sick scalp" from airdrying my hair and that he wasn't actually hurting me. The extension installation and style he did for me was very sloppy, and he refused to modify it even though I told him I wasn't happy with the result. I ended up having to rush before the wedding to fix my hair myself because there was no time to find another salon. I absolutely do not recommend this business."

"There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I was at the level of service I received from Bea of Allure Salon. Bea came to our home to do hair and makeup for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen this weekend. Prior to the event date, we spoke a few times regarding what we were looking to do and those phone calls were more effective (and convenient!) than any in-person "hair and makeup trial" I've ever gone to, due to Bea's attention to detail and how she listens to her clients. Her years of experience really show, because she was able to take the images we found and liked and tell us exactly what we could change to really work for our hair texture/length and our facial features. (For example, the picture of makeup for me had a woman with very different eye shape than me, and Bea explained how we could adjust the colors and application to flatter my eye shape since it wouldn't look the same on me.) Saying that she came prepared would be an understatement: she came prepared for anything and everything. Not only is her work impeccable, she's also a lovely person with a warm and comforting presence. We all know how stressful "the day of" can be and having Bea here was like having a member of the family around. My only regret is that we don't have more events to go to that I can ask Bea to make us beautiful for!"
