"They need to work on customer service and addressing price adjustments. The manager is unhelpful and the sale workers are better suited for management. Otherwise this location is great and has many items for everyone."

"This is a must stop place when I go to NYC! Three floors of Old Navy is like heaven! They have a very large area for clearance. All of their latest fashions are here with multiples in every size, so I can always find what I want. Even when it's busy, like it was 2 days after Thanksgiving, there is never a long wait in line."

"Really spacious, well-organized store with almost everything you need! I haven’t been to Old Navy in forever but was pleasantly surprised with their selection and there were some really cute, fashionable, and functional pieces… you just have to do some trying on to get the right fits. Knit/Jersey fabrics are much softer and better quality than its competitors (and are probably cheaper). Clearance section def needed some work but I know stores are low-staffed nowadays."

"I had a very bad experience in the clearance area today. A worker who sorted the clothes at that place kept following me around and telling me where should I put that clothes back. this is 9 dollar area, that is 15 dollar area. I looked her eyes, it told me that she thought I can not afford it. just because she saw me taking a few clothes to check the price on the machine. she is racist, because she just stared at me, follow me, and keep talking to me. just because I have an Asian face. The clothes in the clearance section are always randomly placed, and the price of some items that are not on sale or have no marked price reduction. I have been live New York for 20 years. many workers are friendly. This is my first time I feel bad and makes me afraid to choose clothes comfortably in the future. I do not want to that Old Navy any more on the 34th ST."
