"Very uncomfortable experience. There were many hidden fees and the owner kept saying that she had better ideas of what color to make my hair instead of the color I wanted. I ended up paying 2x the usual price I do in Brooklyn after she kept saying “we’ll see how much it costs at the end”. With random toners that she asked me if I wanted, and random blowout (usually included in service), the charges kept getting added without telling me. Will not be coming back and it was not worth the price."
"Misleading website. Booked for single process color (did not say roots) wanted to charge and extra 35 to do the rest and also extra to blowout hair after. I walked out. Salon was clean and they were nice though."
