"I cut my hair with Elizabeth, and she told me she needed to charge extra because my hair is thick, and she lost a customer due to the time it took her to finish my haircut. At the time, I was caught off guard by her statement and said nothing because I was in shock. But come on, that's a ridiculous thing to tell a customer, lol. I got a haircut with the lady who sits near the window. I asked for a high grade and got a straight up undercut. If all you need is the removal of your hair, this place may be fine. It's also fairly easy to get a walk-in appointment."

"I have been coming here for a few years with mostly positive experiences. Today my beard was trimmed without asking for it. I was left with an extremely sloppy “beard” that was so bad I tried to fix it at home but couldn’t. I returned to the shop to have it evened out but it was beyond repair. I liked this place because of the price but today I spent $50 for a haircut that required me to shave my beard because it looked so silly. I am going to find a new place to get my haircut that will at least be worth the money."

Although the stylist was a little rough with my hair and went a little too hot with the blow dryer, it was a really nice haircut and blow out for $55 (and I have long, thick hair!) Such a relief to find a place like this in the neighborhood since most places seem to start at $100 per hour."
