"I am grateful to have found this salon. Both of my girls love the different seating options, the attention to detail and a overall great experience. This past visit was with Carla and although my girl is a tad older now and did not need too much comfort, Carla was was so engaging with her. I appreciate there care, and patience. Getting a child’s hair cut is not always a pleasant experience for the child, but they put in forth the effort. Bonus; they always try to accommodate, they got me in on a holiday week last minute. Kudos to that!"

"I have never left reviews or comments about any purchase or services before, so it's disheartening that my first review is a negative one for a kids salon. My husband took my son for a haircut before his birthday, and he came back with a terrible haircut. I am not a hairdresser, but I feel like I could have done a better job even if I styled his hair myself. I know hair grows back, but I couldn't help but cry and feel extremely upset because his hair was ruined just a day before his birthday. It almost feels like they were making fun of my son or intentionally teaching a lesson through his hair. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I not only have decided to never go back there, but I am also sharing my horrible experience with all my friends."

"What a great first experience! I brought my 17 month old for a haircut and Chuck was amazing with him! Easy to get a weekday appointment. I was taken right in. Couldn’t be happier!"

"We recently went here for a haircut and overall the experience was good. We were surprised that they did not wash the hair prior to cutting which lead to uneven haircut. Also when passing almost 30 for a child haircut u expect a wash! The lady was patient and nice but def one side is a bit longer than the other."
