"Long story short, I had an event this weekend. I had my hair and makeup done by an Ulta stylist. This is the result!!! I asked for volume. Yes, I have fine hair, and I'm not unreasonable, but if you're not skilled in fine hair, someone should have stepped in, or you should have just done better! This is how I was sent out the door. No one said a word. Not the manager who rang me up, no one. I was even charged 30 bucks for a dry spray she put into my hair for added volume!!! She was a very nice woman that I tipped very well, and I'm not going to call her out because I'm not one to make a scene or get someone into trouble, but REALLY???? I felt so hurt. Like my hair is trash, so I didn't deserve to look beautiful. The other woman all looked amazing, except for me. I felt so self-conscious. I shouldn't have been charged for this absolute abomination of a hairstyle. I raced home and completely re-did my hair. I made it to the party just in the nick of time."
