"Have been going to plaza salon for years. It’s not so much about the hair styling it’s more about the customer service the Hispanic woman in the front with the curly brown hair that has worked there for years. Definitely needs to work on customer service a lot more there’s never a genuine hello in fact, there’s no hello, good morning, thank you, take care etc. She lacks professionalism, proper body language as well as being attentive. She barely looks at you. Doesn’t help her face isn’t friendly, no smile and honestly looks bored. In fact, she doesn’t even say anything to you at all upon entering the salon as well as leaving and during payment especially. God forbid you had a question. The demeanor is uncalled for, especially if you are going to be in reception as you are the first person that every customer meets. Customer service is is key to running a successful business. Something needed to be said she been like that for years."

"Plaza Salon is great ! i would recommend this salon 110% to anyone. I have been going for 10 years plus, and always have great results. I highly recommend Josh for color and or color correction! He also does a beautiful cut and color and style. I also have brought my sons to see Josh and christine for cuts . She does a really nice job as well. They have a large selection on hair products at great prices. The staff is also very professional and make you feel very comfortable !"
