"Horrible experience. Save yourself money and time and find someplace else. My hair is hideous. The worst it's ever looked. If you don't know how to do hair color or get the color even remotely close to what a client is asking for, please do not color hair!! My hair is dark in some places, light in others and orange on the top. Brown was left around my face where I asked for bright blonde highlights and a brighter blonde. I tried this on Groupon and asked for a refund since I had to go back to have it fixed but it came out looking worse than the first time. Groupon also sucks and they no longer have live customer service. You are arguing with bots. Do not buy on Groupon they are a scam and give sub par services and once you use the Groupon and god forbid don't like the services you received, you are not entitled to a refund. Also, a nonchalant attitude by the girl that did my hair showed she really had no clue what she was doing. After I spent an extra $104 plus a $20 tip she could have offered to blow dry it but instead left me to walk out in the freezing cold. To let a client walk out with hair such a horrible color is disgusting. My only advice is to go back to color school and learn how to color hair correctly."
