"I've been here 4 times now and will continue to come back. Stephanie is great at her job and every time she's able to give me the haircut I wanted. She's also just a very sweet and hardworking woman and I just wish her all the best. It helps to know what you want and come ready with pictures. Even if you don't you can ask them to proceed slowly to be safe and gradually cut more hair until you get the look you want. I like that Stephanie, since she's so knowledgeable and experienced, also gave very good advice when I wasn't sure about what I wanted. I've had one haircut with Mike and he's very experienced as well, but for my hairstyle I prefer going with Stephanie (nothing against him or his skills, just my preference). Mike gave an amazing neck massage while washing my hair though! I hope they stay in business for a long time!"

Even when the schedule is off due to the client before me arriving late or a process taking unexpectedly long, Stephanie always goes above and beyond to greet me, get me a water, sit me down and get me ready while she finishes her other tasks. My fine hair has always fallen out at every salon (yes, even those expensive NYC salons) except this one. I like the fact that I was involved in my hair’s process not just at the beginning but also during and after. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and does not gatekeep her haircare secrets. Stephanie cares about my hair between colors and always recommends the best products! The price is very reasonable as well. I owe my gorgeous color to Venus Salon!"
