"Rude staff, careless, sloppy work.The guy who sits at the front is beyond rude. He will make you feel horrible after your visit. His work is sloppy and messy. He doesn’t care. He will cut the nails crooked, leave them unfiled and rough so your nails keep catching on things, the nail bed will be filed down rough so nail polish looks bumpy, I could go on. All that served with the rudest personality I’ve ever come across in a nail salon. I can live with bad service if the work is good but it’s not worth the $5 you save here."

"Terrible Service They don’t care about their customer service. I made a gel nail and pedicure appointment which should take about an hour to complete. On my way there, approx 30 minutes, it was pouring rain so I was exactly 12 minutes away and they refused to do my nails. Calvin who is the store manager, would barely look at me and was very rude. He claimed he made another appointment, yet I saw him leave the store to take a break. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy."

"Strongly recommend making an appointment so you don’t have to wait. Helen was excellent. It’s a little pricey but the time spent on the work and quality definitely shows. Took my daughter here and she loved her nails and has been showing all her friends her Halloween design. Helen was very detailed and gave my little daughter the attention she wanted. A nice hole in the wall salon that we will definitely be visiting routinely."

"I walked in and simply asked if there was time for me. The guy wasn't being very clear and I had a hard time understanding him. He got frustrated I didn't understand and he shook his head ad if I was being annoying and turned back to what he was doing. I was left standing there not knowing if it was a yes or no. I got annoyed and just walked out... I am currently having a difficult time in life right now and just simply wanted to get out of my house and treat myself, instead, I ended up going in my car and crying. I will never give this place my business."

"This is the worst salon and experience ever, the guy was very rude, i barely could understand what he was saying and when i was asking to repeat he was getting irritated. I needed just plain black gel color, first of all my nails look bumpy and uneven, second - after filling my nails, to make it little bit shorter he did not soak off my nails in the soap water to completely remove dust from nail filling, so now i can see white small nail dusts on my black colored nails, third - he was gonna put black color without applying the base coat. In sum - worst experience i ever had, would never visit them again even if they are the last ones left in the world."
