"I don’t typically shop at Hot Topic but I saw they had Barbie merch as well as Hello Kitty so I stopped into the Freehold location. The staff was so nice! Literally 3 different people talked to me, when most of the time when you walk into a store you’re usually ignored, which I don’t necessarily mind, but it’s also nice to be greeted in a friendly manner too. The staff was helpful but not at all pushy or anything. They were even so sweet to my child too which is always a plus. Highly recommend!"

"Store is always organized and the staff is always engaging, but pop culture has really saturated the selection. A vast majority of the merchandise is anime or Disney themed. And a lot of it is really expensive (which isn't a fault of this particular store or its workers). Though their newer displays show they're trying to bring back the old school punk fashion. Still a go-to for a mall trip."

"Everyone was so kind, and greeted my friend and I nicely. A handsome young man was more than willing to help us find an outfit. Didn’t catch his name, but he definitely made our day with being so kind. Everyone else was extremely helpful as well! Another girl with a beanie was extremely kind to us.
