"I just found this salon recently. They are hardcore and really leave you with a sharp, tight cut and groom. They made my regular salon experience look like a joke, so I will not be returning to my previous one."

"they’re alright , they judge me for box dying my hair , i learned it damages it but they got mad and yelled at me it was the lady with glasses, i think she’s like the owner or something the top hair stylist . i always go for a perm they always charge me different , my first time was 190 the second time was 215 the third was 275 and the fourth was 210 like why????? my hair was the same length and i got it done once a year or every 6 months"

"I’ve been a costumer for a little while now and I was surprised when I was at the barbershop last week. I understand COVID-19 affected everyone and prices went up, but come on! I mean the girls are good that’s why I go there but pay almost $35 for a rushed 15-25 minutes cut? I usually get a cut every week, but with these prices!? Also, it’s been so rushed that I went home and I found long hairs behind my ear, with this cuts I will be needing them every 3 days. I feel bad that the girls are not getting enough tip because of how high the prices are. I usually tip $10 but Now even $5 is hard to stretch. I don’t mind paying the price, but I expect the best service in return, as costumers we are paying for the service and that includes “time We are paying for”. Take it in consideration because I’m sure I am not the only one."

"Don Pepe sits and watches his ladies cut hair. My ex-stylist, Myra, had to ask his micro-managing holiness if she can use clippers to give me a shape up. He said no - despite my being a long-term client who tips well. This prompted me to get up and leave without a shape up or haircut after tipping Myra $5 for the 1 minute of chair time - which she happily accepted. Perhaps, Don Pepe needs to look up the definition of "shape-up" or perhaps money is the most important thing to him now instead of professionalism, timeliness, or respect.
