"Always great , they have very good professionals over there."
"Absolutely horrible service. Ruined my hair and instead of toning me blonde the color turned out bright orange.when I told Oksana the stylist she began convincing me that this is better color for me. Please beware that the result you expect may not be achieved."
"honestly one of the easiest, chillest and most professional salons in Brooklyn. i go to anna and oksana for hair color and cut, katia for braids and all their MUAs are amazing. go and thank me later"
"I’ve been getting my haircuts with Yury for over 25 years. The salon is super welcoming, with coffee/water offered every visit. The staff is excellent and takes care of every client with lots of attention. Make it a day at Frizo by Umode!"
"The most expensive hair trim I’ve ever had in my life- 80$. 1cm was cut off from the length, but I was charged for a full haircut. Living in NYC for 11 years- the top I paid at the fanciest salons is 30$ per trim. I was shocked to learn hair trimming is the same price as a full legit haircut. I do not think it is fair. My huge mistake was blindly relying on previous experience in the city and not asking the master or management. It was an improvised decision while toning my roots, and no one informed me of the pricing. Also, the reason I came to the salon was to cover grey hair at the roots. The toning that the master suggested to do did not solve the problem at all. I had to cut my grey hair at home manually. My roots were still grey. I spend 200$ + for trimming hair (1cm) and unsuccessful root covering (toning). It was very frustrating. I put one star just for the master's effort; she was a lovely person. Attentive/Friendly. But Zero for Salon’s communication on pricing. I recommend discussing pricing in all details before starting anything there. 200$ for the not solved problem, and a 1cm trim is nonsense. I usually stick to a good place for years if I like the service. But I definitely won't come back there. I felt that I was scammed into smth. Pricing felt unfair. The problem I came up with was not solved. But I could've been a loyal client. Trim pricing should be separate from a full haircut."
