"What i experience Today (Feb 4th) was not the best experience at all. My last appointment in November my lash tech was switched without my knowledge but I let it slide because other girl who did it did a good job. Today I decided to try that girl again and I was not satisfied with the outcome. While expressing my feelings and frustration she kept laughing in my face and gaslighting me. Once I noticed that she and the receptionist were laughing at me because I was crying due to my unhappiness I decided that I wanted to remove the lashes and they told that they would not be able to refund me my payment if I did the removal. Fine, so we settled on trying to fix the lashes but it was still NOT what I expected and I kept expressing how I like my pervious lashes from November just for her to tell me “well the current ones look better”, I wanted the service that I requested not her opinion. I didn’t ask for her opinion on what looks better. I normally book with Mariia like I always do since she always give me excellent service. on what looks better . I learned my lesson and I will never book her again and I will continue to book with Mariia."
