"A week ago I had a haircut and balayage with Daisy (left pic). I loved the color, dark base color with natural beige highlights. Then, she suggested to do keratin treatment in a week. So, today was my second appointment. I was in shock when my nice cool beige blond became orange, as well as my strong waves lost its volume completely. After I raised my concerns, I was just told “it’s nice!” and “it’s not a problem”. Besides, they changed more than agreed before. I won’t come back to this place anymore myself."

Their strength is in color more than cut, so I would not recommend for more complex hair styling or coloring, but emphatically recommend for typical cuts/colors."

Instead of making the huge jump she suggested to lighten the base overall and throw in blonde highlights and it was more than perfect! She is the only one I go to for any affair I need to go to, including my engagement photo shoot and my wedding hair.
