"Hair Salon: I honestly never post reviews but after a conversation with the hair stylist, Solenny, and her lack of accountability, I feel the least I can do is warn others. The stylist is extremely unprofessional. She has booked two 9:30am appointments with me and the first time she was 30 minutes late. She did a decent job at the hair cut, but she did make some fleeting comments about my appearance that I did not appreciate. That alone should have been a my warning to never return to this place. But because the hair cut was decent, I tried to give her a second chance. However, she was over an hour late to the second appointment and I had to leave. I called her after I left to ask what happened and she said it was my fault for booking the appointment 4 days in advance instead of 2 days in advance and that I should have called back two days before to remind her that I booked an appointment with her. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and I could not believe what I was hearing. At the end of the day, the hair cut was not so good that was worth all of this. I'm glad I left and saved my money and I will never step foot into this establishment again."
