"Busy Saturday haha.....0 customer. I stopped by few days ago asking the woman if I can make a reservation for Saturday morning for just blow dry (no hair cut) she said they fully booked and not accept walk in even I willing to wait. I walk my dog this morning and saw it's empty. When I walk back home I also passed by (after 45 minutes) still empty, LOL. THEY LOST MONEY and CUSTOMER because a lack of management and laziness. Compare to another hair salon in the area this place is the lowest review and now I know why. I'm glad I decided to go somewhere else."
"They over charge for a simple blowout and trim. Just went to cut my tips and regular blow drying. Charged me $90 for everything. Insane. Didn't do anything special. Never going back."
"Liked my experience here , went on a snowy day so was lucky because not much cliente came in . Doing this review a week from my hair perm . Chemical smell was a bit strong but the mask helps a lot . My curls are well if I retouch , price is alright but payed more for my hair length $250. Lady washed my hair before the perm and was patient."
"Rosy's Hair Salon on Metropolitan Ave. Let me start by saying that this was my first time at this salon. I brought in my own hair color, shampoo, conditioner, and brushes. I had my hair dyed and blown out. My hair is 2 inches pass my shoulders. So as you can see the expense in terms of supplies where on my end. The shampoo person did use some of their no frills shampoo to rinse off some of the dye. I asked the owner what was the price? And she tells me 90.00 dollars. I was like what?!! she said, it was 50.00 for applying the hair dye I brought in that cost me 5.99 Lo'real, just to cover my roots. And 40.00 for the blow drying. I explained to her that, that was a lot of money. she explained that she pays a lot of rent. This was outright thiefery! I continued to tell her and she lowered it to 75.00 and I paid the shampoo person $5.00. The shampoo lady didn't even look at me. My take is that this lady Rosy, exaggerates her prices. What a thief!"
"She does a great job with my boys hair. I always ask them not to use the razor (as I don't want a buzz cut) she respects that. When I have asked for them to keep it longer on top she listens and cuts it the way I want. Each time they come out looking great. I have even had her cut/trim my own hair and loved how my long, curly hair fell afterwards. Plus, she is reasonably priced."
