"This was the best salon experience I have ever had. I love my hair I loved the experience. Rebecca is both stunning and an amazing stylist. Color, Cut and Keratin treatment all done so professionally and such a great experience, she is obviously a hair genius, I don't have easy hair, my hair has an attitude problem, it's an indecisive type of curly / frizzy that won't ever listen to reason, it's hard to handle and talks back and she handled it with ease. She is a hair goddess that instilled such a sense of possibility in me, I now feel like I can take hair journeys instead of being forced into the tyranny of the bun. I'm gushing I know but really this was just the best salon visit ever, it flew by, and that is coming from someone who eats most food cold because microwaves take too long. Okay but back to my hair, it's manageable, the exact color I wanted and cut and styled and I feel good like really good. Totally in love with Hello Beauty!!!!! (I know this makes me sound like a gusher :-/ but I'm not usually)."

"Got my scalp burned bad with rough handed hair drying. Sloppy dye job. Next stylist I saw at a reputable salon asked if was I a cheetah in a past life - coz these orange spots on the back of your head - Was charged 75$ after I left the salon AFTER paying AND over tipping undeservedly. Rebecca fraudulently tipped herself extra on top of her cash tip on my cc. Oh and, do not expect to be spoken to. Lord conversations will happen and you will sit like you don't exist. Literally sat in silence the entire hour my rush slop job was completed. Plus they stole my hat. Really?? I emailed her about the extra charge and she was uncooperative and unprofessional at having been caught in cc fraud. Do not waste your time or money."
