"One of the drivers that worked for this company, had an altercation with a family member of mine. The driver from the beginning of the ride also tried to jack the price up higher from what the dispatcher had priced, and had the nerve to be hostile, and also used a box cutter to pose more threats. this happened while driving to the destination point. (The boxcutter was displayed after wards, )when asked to return to the pick up location because of his attitude, he returned. then, as he got out the car to go home, the driver followed my family member and displayed a box cutter, and was acting in a taunting violent manner. This happened after the driver threw the money back at my family member out of spite.. obviously, the driver wasn't getting ANY MONEY now at this point, so he acted like a fool. The cab driver should have been locked up and sued, for his actions, along with the Car Service company owner for hiring an obnoxious jerkoff like that!!!"
