"I had a mixed experience with this taxi service. On the positive side, I called a day earlier to book a ride for work, and the response time on the day of service was impressively fast. I reached my workplace 20 minutes early, and the pricing was better than what Uber offered. However, the negative part was dealing with a driver who displayed a disrespectful attitude. The man hung up on me three times after midnight when I was trying to get home because he misunderstood the address and became rude. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism left a negative impression, especially considering the early morning work situation. I hope the company addresses such behavior for future customers"

"Horrible service. The men that work here barely speak english. They also do not help if they see you struggling with two kids alone. One driver helped after i tipped the other i tipped and did not help open the stroller or put it in the truck for me and drove off talking on the phone."

"i decided to try this local service to take me to the JFK airport last month to AA For Miami.The experience was horrible from the beginning.I called ahead of time for the taxi to pick me specifically at 6 AM and the driver arrived 15 min early knocked on the door and hysterically hurried me because he was double parked .I became frazzled and handed him my suitcases and as a result forgot the last minute items I needed to bring with me!!!! In the cab the music was blasted to Spanish Hip Hop!!! 6 Am folks sheesh. I asked him to please turn it down he didn’t hit a massive headache I couldn’t think of anything it was horrendous ! We get to the airport and AA is a long long stretch I have him the terminal number he didn’t speak English he kept saying up up up huh??? What’s up up up ! LOL I kept asking is this the right terminal ?? All he knew what to say was up up up !!! He practically threw me out And here I was wondering around the terminal trying to find my way !!! Horrible experience never again ! My suggestion hire people that Speak English so we can communicate ! Be courteous and don’t blast music at 6 AM or any other time and be polite."

"I had work extremely early in the morning and couldn't use my own car because it was at the mechanic. So I called a day earlier and booked it. The day came and the time it took to get to my work was extremely fast. I was at my workplace in 20 minutes and got there early. Greatly appreciate it and the price it was better than what Uber offered. I highly recommend using this taxi service. 10/10"
