"Rita is a godsend ! Her hands work magic - she was so accommodating and very insightful . She was honest with her opinions as I transition back to my curly hair. I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and helping me with my big chop. She’s not only talented as a stylist , but truly a beautiful person . So happy to have someone like Rita whom I can trust with my hair into my curly hair journey !"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon. My curls ended up being stretched out and frizzy, making it impossible to gauge the haircut's actual look until I got home and restyled my hair. When the owner turned me to the mirror after drying my hair, I couldn't help but nervously laugh at the horrendous result. I had to show her a picture of my well-styled hair, only for her to justify the frizz by saying, “we stretch them out here for volume.” Despite providing a picture of my desired outcome via email and in-person, the result was nowhere close. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they charged me the full $225 despite my embarrassment and unhappiness. I would not return to this salon, nor would I recommend it to others based on this experience. The lack of consideration for preferences and the disappointment with the end result were significant letdowns. "I have been getting my hair cut and/or colored by Rita going on 7+ years now. Prior to coming to Tousled I was always a “whatever I get is fine” kind of haircut person. Rita showed me what a truly great haircut can do for you and I’ve been going back ever since! Her salon is like a safe haven and everyone is so welcoming and friendly (shout out to Yvonne!) Rita is super attentive to what you want even when you’re someone like me who goes with the flow with their hair and sometimes goes almost a year without a haircut. Long story short, I love coming here for the best in class hair care and a comforting, feels like home environment and you will too. Last but most definitely not least, I can’t leave out the fact that the salon mascot/Rita’s dog Dion is such a little love bug. 10/10 every time, definitely try this salon out!"
