"Unbelievable prices...as high as allowed by law and take advantage of crash victims especially. My car was totaled and I spent the night in the hospital. I called and said I want to get my personal items out of the car. I was told, by His estimation, I was at fault and I had to pay close to $1000 before they would let me get my stuff which is Not the law. They have to ket you get your stuff unless the vehicle was involved in a crime and impounded by the police. A $1000 to flat bed it 5 miles away? I dont have the money to pay them yet. The case has not been settled and they have no right to keep me or you from getting your personal items. Im going today to retrieve my items including a guitar which better be in the vehicle. If not I will certainly raise hell and call the police even in the hurting condition I am in. They are ruthless price gouging ripoffs with a contract with certain police departments so I guess they feel they can get away with anything. We will see. I would NEVER call them voluntarily."
