"asked them to reclean it because i paid second best and they still didn’t dust everything or dry out my cup holders and they cleaned my window with a dirty rag so i had to reclean that one myself and it was hard to clean off."

"I’ve got nothing but great things to say about this car-wash! I moved to Rutherford around 6 months ago and needless to say, all of these beautiful trees resulted in my car needing a wash much more than often. Since my first visit the communication and service for the value have been fantastic. I’ve only required basic external washes and have been satisfied with the final result as well as the speed of service. Every time I’ve been to this car-wash I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the manager Pedro who always makes sure to go above and beyond making sure I’m satisfied with the final product. If you’re looking for a quick and competent wash with great customer service, I highly suggest Rutherford Car Wash!"

"Do not recommend. Communication from start to finish was awful. Before my car went in I had a question and the gentleman yelled at me to close my window, was unwilling to answer my question. When we came out of the wash I was directed to pull my car up. The man began drying the car and then told me to go pay, which I waited for 5 minutes for the cashier to check me out. When I came back the tire shine was put on the wheels and car was dried. I was unable to get anyone to tell me if my car was done, very rude staff! They just ignored me until 1 man waived me off. The total process was very disorganized and nobody seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing. Just going around from one car to the next with rags. Many customers seemed confused and one gentleman started drying his own car. When I got home and looked more closely my rims were a greasy mess and disgusting, dirt and grim with a shiny coat of amoral around my tires! Will not be going back!"

"My usual go to spot for a quick, basic exterior wash when I just have to get a quick clean or try to get the salt off after a winter storm. Took advantage of the warm weather this past weekend & decided to spring for a #3 (Super Full) since it’s been a loooong winter & both the interior & exterior needed some extra TLC. Needless to say, I’m disappointed in this waste of money. This package included interior vacuuming which is debatable if it was even done, an air dusting of the interior, which was still dirty after they were done with it, rubber mats washed … it was clearly more of just a rinse because they’re still visibly dirty & tire shine (my rims are still dirty). I likely could’ve done a better job if I did it myself & saved myself $20. If I return, it will only be for a quick exterior wash, but I will definitely be going elsewhere for more detailed work & suggest you do too."

"Spent $30 on advertised “super” package to clean exterior & interior. Clearly did not clean anything except the windows. Also if you’re worried about your paint, DO NOT COME! At the beginning of the wash, youll be greeted by an old broom they use to destroy your paint."
