"If you want your car to end up breaking down on you just weeks after you take your car in for a dead battery and a blown fuse, then Glen is your guy. If you want your car to stink of cigarettes as well, then look no further. Seriously, eff this guy--do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere if you need a good mechanic!"
"Glen might be a good mechanic, but hes not the only good mechanic in the area. The business / customer service aspect of this place is a joke. Dropped my car off for a simple carburetor job, wires and spark plugs. The car sat in the same exact spot and never moved or recieved work for 3 weeks. I had to call multiple times asking what was going on, hoping to discuss prices and order neccesary parts. That never happened. Totally disregarded the car and me, the customer. They never called ONCE during this time. Ended up just taking the car out of there and will get the work done elsewhere. Very unprofessional business and I would never even consider using this shop for anything ever again."
"He understands his business, understands car, and carries values, ethics and morals. My car had multiple issues with suspension naturally it was overdue at 110,000, Glen never recommended unless something was absolutely necessary. We had long, intense discussion as my car parts were unique, but we always ended by fixing it the right way. After a bad experience with PepBoys and Hyundai licensed dealer, I found Glen much more trustable, which is very unique in car service world."
"This past January I caused my rear right bumper to displace. I brought it to Glen’s on a busy Saturday morning. He stopped his work, pushed the bumper back into place, found the right sized screw replacement but refused any payment. I’d never been to his shop before & was stunned by this. I met a gentleman customer while I was waiting who said Glen is a good guy & his work is terrific."
"I've been using Glen's for years. He is very honest and his prices are honestly rock bottom. We've had everything from oil changes and tire rotations to lift kits installed. Not a single problem ever. Only thing is that they are constantly busy and walk-ins may take a day or two. Which is absolutely understandable. Keep up the great work!"
