"Dr Mark is the most gentle and knowledgeable dentist I have worked with in my 70 years of being on earth. Having a history of dental issues, including unbelievable pain, general anesthesia, and more I hadn't been to a dentist in, perhaps 20 years. Dr Mark took care of me and in multiple visits, including and extraction, I felt NO Pain.. Zero, Nada. The staff is so wonderful! Carley reeled me in and with Ivette I was made at home, even when making my initial appointment. The two ladies knew I was "nervous" and verbally held my hand through-out my visitations and appointments. I met Sherry, Dr Mark's Assistant at my initial exam. Sherry is so professional and Happy. At my primary procedure appointment she was singing Christmas Carols that were on the music system. She has a very relaxing personality. The whole office was happy. I love and appreciate them all :) My initial cleaning was done by Dental Hygienist Rachel. I have always been concerned with the "picking" instrument, as in the past the hygienists were not as capable as Rachel. I felt nothing! So gentle. She worked on de-scaling my teeth as well. So patient and professional. Unfortunately Sherry was on vacation for my tooth extraction. She reassured me that I would be pleased with Megan, the lady taking her place for the procedure. Gosh she was right. Megan is as professional as all of the people I have met at the practice. The experience was amazing and I thank Dr Mark for having a wonderful staff and taking care of me. Lastly, I have cancelled my membership in the Cowardly Lion Club that I founded, because of this experience. If you haven't figured it out Dr Mark is my favorite Dentist ever. He even knocked out of first place Doc Holiday. And Doc Holiday had Wyatt's back!"
