"My husband and I have been patients here for 2-3 years. During Covid there were only two dentists and I believe there is now only one. We have always enjoyed fine dental care and treatment and truly appreciate the hygienist here. However, it is impossible to get through on the telephone and when you leave a message it is hit or miss if your call is even returned. I called four times to cancel an April appointment, and still received a reminder text the day before. Visited today for a cleaning and check up only to be informed that there was no one to perform the cleaning. This appointment was made in January. It’s July and they couldn’t reschedule us until October! Time to find a new Dentist."

"I found everyone to be kind and didn’t run into any rudeness at first. They only do cleanings check ups and filling but do not do root canals so that was a bummer. I didn’t like that they didn’t allow me in with my children while being treated. After my son had a checkup n the dr came in my son left in tears bc of the way he was spoken to by the dr n belittled n made to feel horrible about himself. I wasn’t able to witness this bc I was not allowed in the room which I think is a mistake bc parents or guardians should be able to b present while their minor is treated. My biggest issue however is they don’t know their limit with patients. They need to stop accepting new patients bc they can’t take care of the ones they currently have in a timely manner. Tried to make an appt for my son to get fillings n the soonest appt wasn’t for 4 months n by then would have been a root canal. Same for my other 2 children trying to just get cleanings n checkups the soonest appt wasn’t for 6 months n then I just received a call that they had to cancel the upcoming appt bc the dr would not b in that day. The next soonest appt isn’t for another 3 months! Holy cow!!! Seems like they r in it for the money n not patient care. They were great at first but quickly fell off n clearly over worked n over booked. There r many other great dentists out there if u need to b seen sooner than 6-8 months from now. I have now changed dentists n very happy with the new place."

"Idk what these bad reviews are about I had a great experience here for my kids first time being here the woman in front was what I believe to be the woman that these reviews are talking about and I went in and talked to her with respect so she talked to me with respect and the place was clean and the hygienist was awesome as were the ladies that made the future appointments AND when I had to run back in because I forgot notes for school the lady at the front was very accommodating and gave me letters for the school and I didnt even have to tell her their names she remembered. I was considering leaving cornerstone because the one i went to before was dirty and they always messed up the appointments but I'm staying now and making this our regular dentist"

"The Hispanic receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. If you are 5 minutes late she scolds clients as if they are children. They retain all your information and then do not use it. After rescheduling because we were a little late, my daughter had to wait months for her appointment . Then when we arrived, the receptionist had an attitude and told us the appointment was canceled by the dentist. She couldn’t contact me via phone but when I asked why didn’t you email me? Her response was “oh we don’t email”. What? Every business can email. Are they that backwoods? Why ask for that information if it’s not going to be used. Common!, get your business up to date and find another receptionist who can be professional and smile. After all, it’s a dental office. Taking my business elsewhere. My advice is “ Don’t go there!”"
