211 Dental Center: Paul Duggal

"This was my first and last time going to this dentist office smh. I called the dentist's office in advance to explain exactly what I needed to be done with my tooth. Despite this, during my first visit, they insisted on taking new x-rays and doing a cleaning, even though I had just had x-rays done in December. When I tried to explain this to the staff, they insisted on their own procedure. During the appointment, the dentist seemed rushed and aggressive. He quickly examined my teeth and then asked why I was there, seemingly unaware of the reason I had called ahead. To my surprise, he informed me that they don't perform the procedure I needed and suggested I see a specialist. To add to the frustration, he also claimed that I had cavities and an infection, despite my having visited another dentist just a month prior. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that left me feeling unheard and unsure about the quality of care provided. So I’m still in pain and nothing was done properly but my insurance got billed. I would not recommend this dentist."

"Dr.Uddin is the best! Brenda too, and everyone at reception is wonderful. We drive 30 minutes to come here, we actually don’t feel nervous beforehand and that says a lot."

I’ve never been scared of the dentist, so for me it was entertaining. But it can be extremely helpful to people who may have issues with seeing the dentist!!!"
