"Great service and customer service. I was measured for a pair of dress shoes here which had to be shipped to my home since my size wasn't available at the store. Unfortunately the shoes were tight on the sides despite being my size. I could not exchange them for a higher size since I had worn them already but the manager Will stretched them out over the weekend and now they fit like a charm.
