"A large variety of shoes. Moderately priced but of moderate to poor quality. Customer service is nonexistent. Their motto seems to be “the customer is never right!” When you ask about a return policy, you are told that with the receipt and in X number of days you can return them. They neglect to tell you that if you have worn them even once, they will not take them back. They will not exchange them. You will never see a dime of your money. You would have to wear them to know if there was anything wrong with them. If they try to take down this review, not a problem. I have posted it on many other sites. I would hate to see people get stuck the way I did. Shoes that fell off my feet after walking. A total of three blocks round-trip! Try Eneslow or tip top on the west side. They do make a play of having you bring the shoes to them and leaving them for a day or two or three to be looked at. That is just a ploy. You are stuck with whatever you bought no matter what! Too many terrific shoe stores in Manhattan. As a retailer myself, I could not believe the lack of customer service. One would think that you’d rather have a customer walk out happy then do as I am doing and others have done posting about you."

"I did multiple orders for $5,000+ here and none of them were shipped, nor was any refund given. After many attempts to contact them they ghosted me every time. I was only able to get my money back through my bank. I can’t speak for their physical storefronts, but I highly advise not purchasing from their website."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE. BUSNIESS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY. The online customer service is beyond rude. They owe me a remainder of my refund and they are not responding to any of my contact attempts. I bought online and they gave me trouble returning in store. I ordered enough merchandise for free shipping, but when I returned part of the order they then retroactively charged me for shipping, and did not refund me for tax. Do not shop here or support them."

"A great find. I was looking for the Shoe Box (which no longer exists on the UES) and came across this instead. Has a very unique selection that reminds me of Tani on the UWS (also now closed!) - All Black shoe brand, vagabond, various Italian designers). Not just for fancy/work shoes but ankle boots, high end sneakers, and sandals, too."
