"I walked in looking for something specific and a man with glasses was very rude to me. He then told the cashier that they only have a certain size and to tell me the same information. He told her under his breathe and she responded saying “but we do have them”. I left because I do not spend my money where I am treat like this. I came to spend not to be treated the way they did."

"Rude lazy employees. Called to return ugg boots and order the correct size online, wanted to confirm they had them online and they just lie to your face so they don’t have to look up the size, color and style boot. The LAZIEST people who don’t want to work for a paycheck!"

"I went to this store today to get my little ones new sneakers. There was no customers in the store. We weren’t even greeted. The two women there didn’t even come over to help nor asked if we needed help. I shop at this Store for years. I just walked out. Seems like they where more into there conversation then doing there job."

"Literally the best staff. Went in there with two insane children, was overwhelmed. David was extremely patient and kind while helping the kids. My daughter has some issues and I couldn’t believe how amazing he was. Turned a normally terrible experience into something pleasant. Sidney also stepped in as I was getting frustrated with shoe sizes and my wide feet, where I eventually found things for everyone. Much much appreciated and will 100% be back. Never write a review on a show before lol. That’s how impressed I was with the professionalism and concern for their customers. Thank you!!"
