"So this place I shop for my son and boyfriend because they like the joggers but one of the worst feelings is purchasing something for your boyfriend for Christmas, it doesnt fit, go back to do an exchange and the staff tells me "it's final sale, no return, no exchange." I can't even do an exchange. This is bananas. So now I'm stuck with pants that are useless and no gift for my boyfriend. Smh.... you guys need to change your policy. I will get my stuff somewhere else from now on."

"Bought many sweaters from this location. There are a wide selection of colors to choose from, more than enough to build a versatile wardrobe for any occasion. The sweaters I purchased were very comfortable and I wore them almost every day. I also bought some sweatpants, which were just as comfortable as the sweaters. Good prices all around, but the clothing is a bit bland. Great for minimalist styles, but if you want to pop out, I would recommend another store, like Uniqlo. The location is unfortunate as it is in what appears to be the least popular wing of Willowbrook Mall, especially since the Sears closed. Still, it's a nice, albeit hidden, place to shop for sweaters and sweats."

"My mother and I went to purchase jeans for my brother. When we got to the register, we were rung up after waiting in line and paid. As we walked away from the register we noticed, one of the pants rung up at the wrong price from the price tag on the pants, so we went back to the same cashier to explain what had happened. At this time, there was a longer line than before where we had already waited. Quana refused to take care of us and we were told that we had to wait in line again even if this was not our mistake. My mother has had back surgery and has back problems and she was already in pain from waiting in line, so we were forced to wait on the line again when Quana could have simply took care of the situation right then and there. This is not acceptable customer service and I think corporate should be aware of situations like this, so that they can prevent it from happening in the future."
