"Store team are great. Found shoes for my 4 year old daughter, and they didn't have it in her foot size. They said they can order it for me and ill have it shipped to my house. Tried to track the order after a few days, and i received an email that it's discontinued and they can't produce it anymore, and if I want a refund either I wait 2-4 weeks for a refund, or I need to go back to the store to get issued a refund. Their highest level of authority is a resolution specialist, which in my opinion is not a specialist in any resolution. Author is the customer service rep, and Jennifer had an operator number (4312) who says that she's the highest authority in kids foot locker, and that I can't get any higher than her, and when I challenged her, she says, " maybe you should shop somewhere else". The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the crew in the store are nice and helpful."
