"I don't know how to express my confusion, despair and disappointment with this establishment since it has transitioned to Fuel. Tonight, I ordered angel hair pasta, garlic & oil with shrimp spicy. I got pasta and spicy with bean sprouts. What is that? When I called to discuss the error, I was told the shrimp part wasn't heard, and if I wanted shrimp I was paying extra. Didn't I already pay for it? I hoped that the Fuel component wouldn't make the Pastafina portion suffer more. I loved Pastafina, but will no longer order from them, on phone or in person."
"I wish there were negative stars This place is horrid They must have grilled my egg sandwich in the same spot they grill the meat. The smell and taste was awful! My veggie burger was inedible. The air-fried sweet potato fries were half soggy and half rocks. Stay as far away from this place as you can get. My $40 delivery is in the garbage, and I think I can hear the other garbage in the can complaining about the smell!"
"The service is really what makes me give the one star review. The food is typically acceptable but their service is just awful. After realizing they didn't put strawberries on the pancakes that was supposed to be bananas and strawberries I called to see how they would make it right. I was told by the manager they would refund the pancakes and then proceeded to refund only $1 (they charge more for extra fruit so def not a fair exchange), and when I called back I was yelled at by the manager. Then after already having my morning ruined I went to check the rest of my food and the spinach they used in the eggs was so old and bad it made the whole dish slimy and disgusting. The other location was so much better, it's a shame they closed the good one down and kept the bad one. The manager should be fired for yelling at a customer without even hearing him out."
"I use to come here a lot for their smoothies and food occasionally (hints why I gave it two stars instead of one) This is by far the worst smoothie I ever had. It was watery and lumpy with coconut and mango chunks still left in it. Which means they rushed making the smoothie. 10$ for a very unpleasant smoothie I’m not sure if it’s because of the change in location but the new location is also very unorganized seems like nobody knows what they are doing. Normally I would have asked them to remake it for me but I was simply annoyed by the service as a whole."
"A bit on the pricy side, but the ingredients are really good and the employees are very kind and laid back. Appreciate the conversation and cordiality."
