"They forgot my drinks again. I should have known better from the last time. Don’t bother ordering drinks with your pizza order guys, they will never bring it. They refuse to refund you. The guy on the phone is rude and Disrespectful . He said that if I want my drinks I would need to either refund my pizza orders when the guy comes or pay an extra deliver fee. Then when I told him that’s not how that works , where’s the customer service this fool hangs up on me. I’m filing a complaint with the DCA. He’s playing in my face . And the quality control needs improvement. The chocolate lava cake came stuck together. A whole mess. Too often if we don’t do something they just continue with the nonsense. They lost a loyal Customer for LIFE."

"I called this establishment the other evening & ordered two medium pizzas. One with just pepperoni & the second one with peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage. At first I didn’t actually speak to the store clerk, instead, I was speaking with somebody that was over in the Philippines. So I explain to the person that I was speaking to that was on the phone that’s in the Philippines, what I wanted and she politely told me that it was $45 so I asked her to let me speak to the store clerks. She hung up on me so I called back and I distinctly requested to speak to somebody in the store. So this time I got to speak to somebody in the store and when I did, he explained to me that I would only have to pay $22 and that he would give me discounts. So then when the gentleman came to deliver to me he expected a tip. How are you going to ask me for a tip when you’re not even giving me the receipt to sign. So I called over to the location again and explained what had just happened and they said OK and asked me if I was going to leave a tip and I said yeah I’ll leave a three dollar tip but don’t sit there and ask me for a tip. To make a long story short the sausage and the pepperoni is not very good and the service with this location is lousy, I will not order from here again. They are very unprofessional, including the delivery driver."

"I've never experienced such horrible costumer service! Even on a rainy day, such disrespect could occur and take my money without remorse. I called twice about my order to which the manager response included confrontation and my order was still not delivered even after 2 hours. $55 dollars of my hard earned money gone. No consideration for families at all."

"They never follow the customer instructions. I had to wait another 20 minutes to have it remade. Then, they made the worst pizza ever. No cheese at all. They just threw some toppings here and there. You could see the toppings are floating on the sauce. No plastic bags to carry items."
