"Owner: This location is awful. Your employees are are extremely rude and act as if they HATE their jobs at the register. They look and speak to customers as though they are very unhappy working there. The guy that works the register walked away from the counter as he saw me approching (I was the only customer in line) and this kid did not have the decency to say "I'll be with you shortly". I had to stop him as he decided to walk away. FIND BETTER EMPLOYEES! KIND PEOPLE WOULD LOVE TO TAKE THEIR JOBS."

"I was very dissatisfied about the check out process. I walked up to the counter, I was the only one by the registers so I wasn't sure which register to go to. He looked at me (no verbal greeting) and pointed to a register. I he rung up my shoes, handed him the coupon and he finished the transaction still without saying anything. He didn't check the shoes to see if they were the same size which they usually do. I was very disappointed in the lack of "customer service" I was given. Note, he did say "have a good evening" when he handed me the bag."

"I dont usually write positive reviews for negative experiences...but here we go. I came in for a shoe and they didn't have my size in the store, so I went to the register to order a size up. There was a glitch in the system that day and I ended up not being able to order, but the people who were working behind the register were caring, courteous, patient, and did their best to help me in a jam. Retail isn't for the weak and these folks handled a tough situation like pros, while also being courteous to other customers."
