"They mismanaged my return. Refused to accept items listed on the receipt, despite the fact that they were not final sale-- there was seemingly no reason to deny the return. Processed a return for one of the items and denied the return for another more expensive item-- yet they managed to take the more expensive item and keep it, leaving me with the cheaper item and only the refund for that amount of that cheaper item."
