"I came in at 5:25 to get measured for wedding group number. Store closes at 6, with no one in the store and process should only take 15-20min. But they were more worried about closing down than helping me out. When I left a min later, I saw the lights turn off. I get it if I was there 15min to closing but, what’s the point of saying you close at 6 if no one wants to help when you’re in time"

"Exceptional service. I was from out of town and needed a suit the same day. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a suit that fit correctly and even had my pants hemmed all within an hour. They really provide excellent customer service. Great store with great staff."

"I went in for a suit and was met by a salesman who was friendly and knowledgeable. He took so much time to make sure I was happy with a suit. The suit needed a good amount of tailoring as I am a difficult fit. The tailor took all the measurements and was confident she would make it perfect. I wasn't so confident, but when I picked up the suit it couldn't have fit any better."

"We went to get measured for suits for our wedding. The staff was unhelpful on picking out suits providing no opinions or thoughts. A groomsmen picked up his suit for a different wedding and found all his measurements were wrong. We went to a different Men's Wearhouse to remeasure and found that all of our suits were also incorrectly measured. They also told us the earliest we could pick up our wedding suits was 3 days before the wedding. If we didn't double check the work we would have been screwed for our wedding. Do not recommend"

"Had a great experience getting fitted by Akim. Everyone inside was very friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable which can be hard to find nowadays. The staff goes above and beyond! Would recommend for anyone who needs to find a suit for any occasion or even get your measurements done."
