"The cashier was very polite. And the food was done within the timing stated. The food however, I was not a fan of. Some rolls had had overcooked rice and too much rice on the maki roll. Maybe the veggie rolls aren’t their strong suit."

"This is completely unbelievable, I ordered for takeout a lunch special, and called in to ask for the rolls to be packed separately the guy on the phone said it would be a couple more dollars, when I came in to pickup my order they were all squished into the same tray and then when I asked about my request of having them packed separately, I was told that now he will ask them to pack it separately and then I was charged 24.5$ and not 17.41 that’s 8$ for 2 plastic trays, I didn’t get my special that’s completely unfair and not the way to do business. I’m sure you  understand that…. And the guy was extra rude about it…. Also asked clearly for 3 sets of chopsticks and was given only one when he clearly said no problem in response, while completely disregarding my request."
