"Friendly staff. Lots of baby and kid clothes, some 100% cotton but a lot less than before. The styles have gone a bit away from the tried and true so it looks more childish and less like mini adult clothes."
"Cashier asked me for the email address, I refused to give it, she said: "We are not going to send you any emails, it's just for bonuses and discounts for this purchase", I gave her my email. Guess what? Of course, now they send me the marketing content AND there were no discounts applied to any price on my receipt."

"Ok, so much to my surprise Carter's no longer has their own store. They are now combined with Osh Kosh. Not a fan of this change. I like both lines of stores however, separate not together. The quantity of clothes from Osh Kosh has drastically changed and I favor their clothes more because they wash better. They are all part of the same company but it just changed me wanting to shop here at all. As usual, don't know why stores geared for kids don't think of how a store is layed out with fixtures when there will be people with strollers? ? There are sales here but you can basically get same sales online."
