"I dont have a problem with this store itself and I rarely give bad ratings but I needed to leave this review. I was shopping here 30 mins before they closed today, I needed something quick before an early flight. the staff including their lady manager was just slowing down for the night, cleaning up and tidying up, chit chatting about life which I dont have a problem with at all. But when i asked for a size she didnt even check it and already said they didnt have it, obviously just being lazy. So i just moved on and went to go pay for my dress to the lovely gentleman at the register. I had paid for it but then I realized to ask for my military discount which he emphasized that he could reverse the charge real quick. I double asked if that was okay, I disnt want to be inconsiderate since they were closing. He said it was okay and reassured me. That same lady manager was called by this cashier gentleman and she came. She said “Really? Military discount?” And I already was shocked hearing this, I asked if there was something wrong about it and she didnt respond. She then proceeded to sigh loudly, obviously expressing her unwillingness to do the job. I got so offended and just said nevermind. And she was probably embarassed about her behavior. I dont get why someone was hired to be a manager but does not act like one. I dont recommend this store at all. I hope this lazy manager gets a job somewhere else."

"I was very pleased with this store. Took 2 of my teenage daughters. We went on a Monday evening, they had some great sales and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!"

"One of the best places to shop in the Woodbury commons! Great prices and very attentive employees with great attitudes. There is a associate with short brown hair and glasses perhaps a older woman who is a phenomenal worker! You can tell the store manager runs the store like a well oiled machine. 5 STARS!"

"Prices for clothing are great, customer service is okay....can get messy in the store and hard to find sizes on busy peak times but overall nice store for kids/juniors..."

"Service was terrible While in the dressing room I had employees bagging on the door asking me to hurry up because someone women and her daughter couldn't wait in the long line. After the person had knocked on the dressing room door I said someone is in here, not even a minute later employee was banging on the door asking me to hurry up. I guess I know now that there is a time limit and since I was rushed didn't try on all the clothes and will not be shopping there again."
