"The store has decent prices, but I never find the men's selection very interesting. Also: pretty sure the inventory is largely made-for-outlets. It seems like the quality is lower than what you'd find at a typical R&B."

"Was at Rag and Bones today. Sales staff were GREAT! attentive and responsive to questions. When asked if items were available in other sizes the manager personally went to retrieve them for us. The items were nicely arranged and easy to see the styles and labeling. The store itself was well lite and well stocked too. Overall it was an unrushed, hassle free and pleasant experience . The personal attention was a delightful!"

"Visited yesterday afternoon. The staff do not acknowledge you or make eye contact when you walk in the door. I tried on a few pairs of jeans. Only after I walked out of the fitting room did one sales associate acknowledge me. However, she did not offer to help look for other sizes although I told her I needed a different size. I had serious doubts as to whether they had been trained in customer service.. Better off going to NYC, will not be returning."
