"Over here in this store they have a variety of different articles of clothing and shoes and a bunch more. The service over here is also good, the workers are helpful and they’re nice. If you don’t like the article of clothing or shoes you bought you can return it within a certain amount of time.✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️"

"Predominantly Hispanic run places of business have a nasty habit of treating black people poorly in their establishments. VIM is apparently no exception. Upon arrival, I was profiled as a criminal and rudely asked for my handbag before entering the store. After finding what I wanted, I waited in the line to purchase the item. When I got to the register after the previous customer left, the cashier walks away like she didn't see me and pretends to be messing with some clothes on the counter, before pretending like she didn't notice me. After making my purchase and leaving, I decided I will not spead my hard earned money where I am not treated with dignity and respect, so I returned the item, I told the guard I was returning, all the while, the manager was hanging out in that area with him, so she knew why I was there. When I get to the register, I had to wait for her to show up and do my refund! While she's having an unimportant conversation about the latest social media issue. If I could give this place zero stars I would because they deserve nothing more than that! Never again will I set foot in that disrespectful, racist place! DONE!"

"I like the merchandise they sell. What I don't like is the attitude the employees have there. Such a distasteful way of treating people. At the door the guard is nasty and treats you like you stole something from them. Such a bad experience on that end that is not even worth it. There are similar places where you get treated with dignity and respect. Do not recommend. Don't go if you with to have a good customer service experience."

"It's a really nice and big store you can find many things over there. They sell sneakers at really good price and they a lot of variety of closet for men and women only one thing I dislike from this store is that they do not have enough employees so is something hard to get help and the costumer service is horrible, something when I go and I ask for something to any employee they look at me like if I would bother they and then they speak in a really bad way ."

"Didn’t really find too many things I liked. A lot of cheap no brand shoes and clothes. The name brand stuff they did have were over priced. A lot of the kids stuff was upstairs and there was no elevator so I had carry the stroller up. The employees are very helpful when you get their attention, everyone was very polite."
