"One of the best five below’s in this part of New Jersey, although the manager needs a smile on their face, the places stocked to the hill, with new merchandise, and a better selection than most of the other Five Below’s"
"My only noch down is a weird thing where they have self checkouts but you had to have a employee check put your items which was odd."
"This was always my favorite place to shop for unique little things it still is actually that was up until they decided that the self check out registers would now be used as a regular one if you don't trust your costumers to do your job f9r you then why did you put them in at all? Go back to the old way and have cashiers check out your customers. In stead of closing all but one of the self check outs than making one employee check out your customers. I understand this was a corporate decision for this but I think you are going about things the wrong way. Don't punish your good customers just because of a few bad ones just go back to the old ways for everyone's sake.."
"I liked this store better when I was able to ring up my own stuff. The guy that rung me up but had me bag stuff. Which Im ok with but those counters are awkward to do so since the bagging area is on the other side of the register. Those registers are not designed for someone else to ring you up. Now I am missing an item. The manager is prob just doing what corp told them to do but this is stressful on everyone. If you want to ring people up then you shouldn't have replaced everything with self-checkout. The lady I talked to on the phone was really nice and tried her hardest to help me find the missing item."
