"The technician who came was professional and informative. However, last week a technician was scheduled who never came. I tried to contact the company to see if he was coming after the time frame had expired. I was unable to reach a human being. All I could get was an automated system telling me that my technician was coming between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm of that day. The following day I had to go online and reschedule my appointment. I was not happy that we waited around from 8:00 am until after 6:30 pm and no one called to tell us that they were not coming."
