"I was very disappointed when the small greenhouse pots that they said they had 60 of when I went there there were zero, It wasn’t a long ride. I walked the store and asked two people to help and no one could find them. I know it’s off-season, but fix your inventory issues and save some of us. I have to road trip. I’m not doing a comparison with Lowe’s, except if you’re using their app to search something, Lowe’s is much better at pointing you to the correct tile and a right bin. I think the way of company digitally expresses itself, especially in the customer service and assistance is a huge part of the actual business. I actually went quite a Waze to get these planter containers compared to my short trip to Lowe’s who didn’t have anything like it, that’s my complaint about Lowe’s that often they just lack a lot of items in certain categories. But at least when they say they have something in their app, they have it unlike Home Depot. So this is a review for Home Depot and I’ve been disappointed by them before and again, but if I’m near there, and I need something that I’m sure they have. I definitely go to this one. Just the last thought, it’s a pretty tricky and long parking lot to get to Home Depot. You come off of 571 and have to go around an entire huge L-shaped mall area and at the very end is where you find Home Depot. Lotta slow driving because of pedestrians crossing the laying your driving to the storefront. Be cautious of pedestrians they don’t look."

"Be very very careful when using them for work on your home. I’ve spent thousands and no issues. However, this last installation they damaged my siding and my Japanese maple tree and when I contacted them to try to get help, it took them almost 2 weeks to tell me that their insurance company will give me $250 whereas professional estimates estimate the damages between three and 4000. Beware. They do NOT stand behind their work"

"Had to pick up some screws and fastners at home depot today and I needed a bit for some screws to fasten some wood working material that I was working on. I must say the gentleman that helped me. His name was Ed, he took good care of me and found the tool bit that I needed to fasten the screws into the deck. He was very nice and took his time to help me. I love when I go to home depot. And there's somebody there to assist me with certain things that I need."
