"I was told to urinate by a tree when I asked them if I can use a bathroom, I had bad stomach pains and there wasn’t a bathroom for miles. I even drove around looking for one. I was told they would have the bolts removed from the seat in car and I told them I’d be there for pick up in the morning. I didn’t know why it was so hard for me to get a part within 30 minutes of waiting. Also the guy who was removing parts had a list of items to pull before he gets to my seat, when I was already waiting 35 mins and not told how long I’d have to wait. Poor communication really rendered the company. They seemed friendly, but not helpful. I had to leave and still waiting on a refund. Mike"
