"My son took his car for an oil change and they told him it needed an oil pan because the plug was striped they seen the treads as they loosened the plug. He called me I'm a mechanic 40+ years told him have plug tighten and bring me the car. They told him they could do the job an it would be alot of hours because motor would need to be dropped to do oil pan that is not true so he brought the car to me I was expecting a striped out plug but to my surprise there was nothing wrong with the plug or the pan they were lieing to up sell a job that didn't need to be done I'm very disappointed such a big company and they are trying to rip people off. How many people have they done this to that didn't know anything about a car please don't go there"
