"New management? Same as the old one - not good. Took car in for them to put in a new valve stem and sensor - 2 times! first time spent one hour there, only to be told "can't find it leaking" - I did not Ask for them to check it, only to replace it. Second time, made an appointment to put in new valve stem and sensor, only to be told when I got there that they only had the sensor rebuild kit! Communication and follow thru is lacking. Sorry, but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on."

"Everything was great except the oil change...spilled oil all over the engine, causing it to burn and permeate a smell throughout my cabin. I guess I expect too much? Should have left alone with just the tire job... $100 for an oil change? This is why I do it myself...Dealer isn't much better. Hope that's the only issue."

"December 2023. 2019 Olive Green Jeep Cherokee, flashing trouble codes and stalling out in the middle of the highway. It was a defective Battery which was 26 months old and still in warranty. Had a 48 month warranty. Williamstown, NJ Pep Boys. Gary, Josh and the guys helped us out immensely. Very good people. Felt no pressure at all. Told us what to follow up with at the dealership. All great information, etc. Had a lot of confidence with them."

He got my car done very quickly, including two additional services I didn’t schedule, but needed, communicated with me the whole time.
