And the cashier so rude and not taking nice Their were items that I wanted to purchase, but instead of being offered assistance, the staff jso rude and not helpful and so annoying I never go back"

"This outlet his nice deals with nice options. Staff is good and supportive but the guy who was in cashier on September 2 2023 on evening time barely speaks, he was behaving rude and not being nice showing kind of attitude.. I would have rate 4 star but because of that guy I am rating 3 start.. it was a horrible experience dealing with that guy so this is a humble request to the manager to train him properly and teach him how to nice to customers"

"Walked in with my children and a Michel kors shopping bag. The blonde Karen wana be mutton dressed as lamb spoke in her Mike piece 5 and Michel kors bag alert. As I was looking around the staff in the whole shop were following us and watching every move we made. My 21 year old son told me to leave as the way they were behaving towards us, so he left with his siblings. I then purchased a bag and wallet and once I paid , I spoke to the same lady when I entered and said you made me feel like a criminal. She greeted the white family behind me as they entered but not us as we are from an ethnic minority. She then argued that she didn’t want to talk about it and I clearly stated it’s because of my skin colour. For someone who has spent $200 dollars in that shoeing felt as if I was a criminal."

"we entered the store in 30 minutes before closing time, one of the employees said in phlegmatic style that they would close after 20 minutes.. I wanted to try on a pair of shorts, but the fitting room was closed, even then she told me phlegmatically that the fitting room was closed. after that we went to another store(Puma) we were there until closing time, we could try and they were very helpful and nice to us!!! I will not gladly go to the Guess store again!!!!"

"I have never felt so much pressure and with so much anxiety around with the seal associates all 4 of them wouldn’t stop looking at me if I would had stolen something from their store. Not even the Gucci/ Louis Vuitton store has treated me like this & the sale associates were also very rude. Was it because I’m Hispanic? Please we r all humans I never planned on stealing, this guess store had lost a very loyal customer"
