"I work in retail for 15 years as a general manager of a company, and I was completely blown away when i shopped in this store and nothing really does that to me. I’ve seen the good and bad in so many different companies, when i walked in and asked the manager Sydney for help she was one of the sweetest, passionate, and most personal people i’ve met in so long in any store. I was so excited that windsor was now in the outlets since I live closer to there, and I walked in super excited asking her questions. She was so excited about her job, the store, and the company. It was just so beautiful to see someone love their job, and where they work it’s not a common thing nowadays, and I wish i could steal her and bring her to my company that I work for. I can’t wait to come back and see her and the rest of the girls that were in the store they were all super sweet."

"Sydney (the manager) and Shamecca (associate) are the best at this location!! I came to this store location to find an outfit for my birthday. I love the setup of the store! They are super organized! All the clothing is color coordinated in section and arranged with cute outfit ideas. I walked in not knowing what I would buy and ended up buying a suggested outfit they had on the floor. Shamecca had great knowledge of the store inventory! "I was there yesterday 10/1/23 , shopping with my husband and I had the best experience. Both young women working there( I forgot their names ) were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the sizes and style I needed . I did a huge shop at this store , and tried on quite a bit of clothes . The two young women that worked here made a great team and responded to my requests in a kind, warm and helpful way. Prior to coming to this Windsor, we were at the Guess store, a few doors down, where the help was very minimal if not any. It was refreshing to see how genuinely kind and hardworking these two young ladies were. I highly recommend this store . They will help you without any attitudes. This goes a long way…. Especially to the customers that come in like myself and spend a lot of $$$. Keep up the amazing work !"

"We had a number of occasions for which we needed to buy a dress. Sydney and Chelsea were very helpful. They helped us find many dresses and heels to go with it and it ended up perfect. I would 100% recommend this store. There was a very wide selection but hands down Sydney and Chelsea gave us the best experience. They even told us about the origin of Windsor in California. Because Sydney was so easy to talk to and so friendly, we stayed and she helped us to buy shoes we needed as well as dresses."
